Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a productivity level of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval for any overtime hours.
• Support patients throughout their recovery process, ensuring quality care and functional improvement.
• Work in a team environment, flexible to float to other clinics as required.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 36 hours guaranteed, with up to 40 hours/week expected.
• Willingness to start sooner if required.
• Open to new grads and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.
