Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient functional abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
• Current state-issued certification or license for occupational therapy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work 5 days per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
