- Full-time, day shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care with a focus on labor and delivery procedures.
- Utilize HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication systems for documentation and medication delivery.
- Maintain competency in OB-specific skills; may float to other units as needed.
- Adhere to departmental protocols, safety standards, and dress code guidelines.
- Participate in unit-specific training and orientation programs.
- Support patient comfort and safety during labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Demonstrated competency in labor and delivery procedures.
- Ability to float to OB unit upon competency validation.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medication delivery tools.
