Key Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous (IV) medications and fluids to patients
- Monitor patients during infusion therapy to ensure safety and treatment efficacy
- Manage IV lines and troubleshoot as needed
- Educate patients and their families about infusion therapies and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff to coordinate infusion schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN license (must be active at time of submission)
- Experience with infusion therapies preferred
- Ability to pass required ECG/telemetry and medication safety tests during onboarding (one attempt only, with a passing score of 85%)
- Willingness to test within 48 hours of offer, with prior study guide preparation recommended
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and medication administration
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
