• Ashland City, TN
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 4-week assignment, rotating shifts with 36-48 hours per week
• 12-hour night shift, 6 PM – 6 AM
• Schedule includes a 3/4 split with rotating weekends
• No on-call or floating requirements
• Holiday schedule as needed
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional facility
• Monitor inmate health and respond to medical needs during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality care
Required Qualifications
• Valid and active LVN or LPN license in Tennessee
• Previous correctional or detention facility experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate weekends
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols and medication administration
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a correctional or institutional setting
• Knowledge of psychiatric or mental health care in correctional environments
