Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services to clients of various age groups
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Implement therapy sessions to improve communication, speech, language, and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal client progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, sessions, and progress notes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in therapy delivery
Required Qualifications
- Valid State license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Proven experience in clinical speech therapy settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations a plus
- Experience with pediatric or adult therapy preferred
- Knowledge of therapy tools and assessment software
