Therapist Speech Language Pathologist
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week contract, Days shift
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct instrumental and bedside swallow assessments and treatments
- Perform cognitive evaluations and provide related therapies
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Utilize FEES and MBSS procedures with competency
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in EMR (Meditech)
- Adhere to unit policies and dress code standards (Caribbean Blue scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- FEES and MBSS competency required
- Experience performing instrumental swallow assessments and treatments
- Ability to work Days shift, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends (1-2 per month)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certified in both FEES and MBSS procedures
- Prior experience in acute care or hospital settings
- Knowledge of Meditech EMR system
- Adaptability to new equipment and learning technologies
