Key Responsibilities
- Assist in electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures, including ablations, device implants, and device extractions.
- Prepare and operate electrophysiology mapping systems and associated equipment.
- Support the clinical team during complex cardiac procedures.
- Ensure compliance with unit policies and dress code guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment aligned with department standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience.
- Experience with EP procedures such as ablations, device implants, or extractions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of electrophysiology equipment and EMR systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Greater than 1 year of scrub experience specifically in cath lab or EP lab.
- Familiarity with electrophysiology mapping systems (Carto, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Medtronic).
- Previous exposure to structural heart procedures.
- Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability.
