Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedic with some physical dysfunction cases.
• Support patient recovery through treatment plans, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Assist in managing follow-up visits, including double-booking when necessary.
• Float to other clinics as needed to support staffing needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work days and support flexible scheduling.
• Will accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Patient-focused with strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Exposure to physical dysfunction cases is a plus.
• PH (Physical Therapy Help) experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a productivity standard of 60 visits per week.
