Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapists.
• Provide patient education on exercises and recovery protocols.
• Document patient treatments and progress according to regulatory standards.
• Support the clinical team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a outpatient or rehab setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
