Schedule / Job Type
Contract – 13 to 26 weeks; 40 hours/week; open to 4x10-hour shifts, including 2 evenings until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using the Raintree EMR system
• Manage a patient load of approximately 55-63 patients per week
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care in a outpatient setting
• Adhere to clinic policies, including scheduling, cancellations, and health and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Current and valid PT license in Massachusetts
• Ability to complete pre-assignment HealthStream modules
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or similar settings
• Flexible availability to work evenings and accommodate scheduling needs
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system (or willingness to learn)
