• Night shift / Travel assignment / 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Manage high-risk antepartum patients and assist with obstetric procedures, including C-sections and labor management.
• Assist with procedures such as cerclage and BTL for PPH as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols and policies.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality obstetric care.
Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in Texas or state of residence.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Ability to circulate C-sections and manage high-risk antepartum cases.
• Proficiency in managing COVID-19 patients in labor, antepartum, and OBED settings.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRPF certifications required.
Preferred Skills / Experience
• Advanced Family Medicine (FM) experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
