Key Responsibilities

• Perform adult echocardiography examinations, including 3-D Echo, Bubble Studies, and Treadmill Stress Echo.
• Conduct portable, routine, and pharmacologic stress echocardiography studies with appropriate imaging techniques.
• Handle imaging with contrast agents and perform M-Mode and other advanced echo procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and adherence to isolation precautions.
• Document and chart procedures accurately in Cerner or similar electronic medical records system.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, with flexibility for varied patient care requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an echocardiography technologist.
• ARDMS and CCI certifications preferred.
• Experience with adult acute care, outpatient, ER, or ICU settings.
• Knowledge of adult echo procedures, including pharmacologic stress and contrast imaging.
• Ability to follow isolation precautions and safety protocols.
• Certification or pending license accepted; local candidates preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Philips ultrasound equipment experience.
• Cerner electronic health record system experience.
• Experience with adult outpatient and inpatient cardiac care.
