Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and progress.
- Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Relevant education in speech-language pathology.
- Proven experience providing speech therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a rehab or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of various speech therapy treatment modalities.
