- Full-time, Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting.
- Perform advanced procedures including STEMI management, stroke/TPA administration, and RSI as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines to maintain a high level of patient care.
- Demonstrate high energy and adaptability in a high-volume, high-acuity environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS certifications.
- CPI and TNCC certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably and efficiently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong clinical skills in neuro and cardiac emergencies.
- Experience in a high-volume emergency department.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
