Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team and families.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in SNF or LTC settings.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
