Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Ensure patient safety and deliver comprehensive clinical support during night shifts.
- Float to Med Surg units as needed, maintaining flexibility in coverage.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and in accordance with hospital protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license to practice in Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a consistent basis.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ICU procedures.
- Flexibility to float to Med Surg units as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity ICU setting.
- Comfortable with float assignments and adapting to different units.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
