Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, and Stepdown units.
- Manage patient monitoring, medication administration, and documentation per hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Float within scope to med/surg units as needed.
- Comply with hospital policies, including working 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid IN state nursing license in hand.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Willingness to work in a charge nurse capacity (additional pay bump).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and block shifts.
- Experience working with adult patient populations.
