Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal and adult ICU patients in a Level 2 or higher NICU and ICU setting
• Float between NICU and adult critical care units as needed
• Adhere to established RT matrix for patient ratios
• Work flexible day shifts, typically from early morning to early evening (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Participate in on-call rotations (not required) and work every other weekend as per collective bargaining agreement

Required Qualifications

• NICU experience (Level 2 or higher) required
• Adult ICU and Neuro Trauma ICU experience preferred
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential or Certified Respiratory Therapy Assistant (CRTA)
• Ability to float between different units as needed
• Flexibility to work days, including weekends and variable shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong clinical skills in NICU and adult ICU settings
• Experience working in high-acuity critical care environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
