Key Responsibilities

• Conduct polysomnography studies to assist in sleep disorder diagnosis.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and calibration of sleep testing equipment.
• Monitor patients during sleep studies, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results and patient observations.
• Follow all procedural protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical team to support patient care and data collection.

Required Qualifications

• Must possess an active license in hand at the time of application submission.
• RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification or RRT-SDS (Registered Respiratory Therapist with Sleep Disorder Specialty).
• For RPSGT: an exemption letter from the licensing board (LLR) is required.
• For RRT-SDS: a state license from the LLR is required.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work four 10-hour night shifts per week, including every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience conducting sleep studies is preferred.
• Excellent patient communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sleep studies with accuracy and professionalism.
