Job Title

- Full-time, Day shifts, Guaranteed 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
- Certified or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Valid state license or certification for Illinois
- Fundamental knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or rehab settings
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
