Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications and monitor resident health conditions.
- Follow care plans and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to all facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to commit to every weekend shift.
- Good communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Knowledge of electronic health records systems.
