Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient conditions and report any changes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Own transportation (limited public transportation options in area)
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work a weekend commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medication administration and documentation
- Knowledge of LTC/SNF facility protocols and procedures
