• Full-time, Day shifts, guaranteed 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient evaluations, treatment interventions, and progress notes accurately
• Educate patients and family members on therapy goals and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Basic knowledge of therapy equipment and trauma prevention techniques

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced healthcare facility
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
