Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Department setting.
- Prioritize and manage multiple patient needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality emergency care.
- Follow unit policies and protocols, including safety and documentation standards.
- Ensure effective use of electronic health records (Meditech).
- Maintain a compassionate and professional attitude to support patient recovery and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of ER experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2+ years of ER experience.
- Experience with Meditech EHR system.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Team player with a flexible, adaptable personality.
