Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Miller, SD
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 12-hour days, no on-call or callback, local placements only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient health status and document accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications: - Valid RN license in the state of South Dakota
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills: - Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
