Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, outpatient outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
• Work up to 40 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient flow.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Obtain approval from the director for any overtime hours worked.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Strong organizational and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility to work at different clinic locations (float availability).
