Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ICU care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and execute individual care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Tennessee RN licensure (or qualifying compact license).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a critical care or surgical ICU setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing diverse patient cases in a busy ICU environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing acuity levels.
