Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for neonates in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Attend deliveries and serve as the resuscitation nurse for newborns.
• Monitor and assess the well-being of critically ill infants.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient findings and interventions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, with Level IV NICU experience preferred.
• Ability to work the night shift, including weekends as needed.
• Strict adherence to experience requirements; all travelers must follow NLC guidelines.
• BSN degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for well babies and attending deliveries.
• Skills in neonatal resuscitation and critical care management.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating patient needs in a high-acuity environment.
