Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to neonates in a Level IV NICU setting.
- Attend deliveries and serve as the resuscitation nurse for newborns.
- Monitor and assess the health status of infants, responding to emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in good standing, compliant with NLC guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, with Level IV NICU experience preferred.
- Ability to work night shift reliably.
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
- BSN degree preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for well babies and attending deliveries.
- Previous work in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center is a plus.
