Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality adult medical-surgical nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical needs promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
- Prior medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel or hospital-based nursing experience.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
