Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on a 30-bed medical telemetry unit, including post-bronchoscopy and chest tube cases
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to patient needs in a telemetry setting
- Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to clinical protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care activities accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records
- Float to similar units as required and cover on-call shifts when applicable
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification from AHA (American Heart Association) only
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with telemetry, post-procedure care, or chest tube management
- Ability to adapt to float requirements across units
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

This client is affiliated with the ShiftWise platform. Upon offer, your agency will need to sign the AMN agreement and upload insurance documentation and Massachusetts staffing license to MYCOI. Please provide a copy of your agency’s Massachusetts staffing license upon candidate presentation.
All shifts include every other weekend and alternating holidays.
