Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and develop/implement care plans for critically ill patients.
• Provide advanced life support, including treating wounds and managing ventilators.
• Assist physicians during procedures and monitor vital signs continuously.
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications as prescribed.
• Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment such as monitors and ventilators.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations following nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary critical care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support and educate patients’ families to provide comfort and understanding.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license attached to resume.
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC, with TNCC preferred (must be through the American Heart Association).
• Ability to float between facilities as needed based on census.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for pediatric or adolescent patients on occasion.
• Knowledge of medical equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
