Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients
• Deliver treatment plans and interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate case records
• Support therapy sessions through patient education and assistance with therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience assisting in occupational therapy services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and document progress accurately
• Knowledge of healthcare safety and compliance standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and therapeutic modalities
