Schedule / Job Type

• Days shifts, open to full-time (4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days), flexible start date, contract duration of 13 to 26 weeks, support for 40 guaranteed hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting
• Support a patient-centered care model and collaborate with a leadership team
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients per week
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and documentation standards using the Raintree EMR system
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings until 7:30 PM twice a week
• Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their recovery process

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Current and valid physical therapist license
• Ability to work flexible scheduling including evenings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics or similar healthcare environments
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Raintree Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
