Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements.
• Maintain active licensure and adhere to facility protocols during all clinical activities.
• Use provided equipment effectively during patient sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alaska.
• Experience in clinical setting with physical therapy procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation outside of standard clearance packets if necessary.
• Willingness to start with a temporary contract; must obtain permanent license immediately.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of orthopedic and rehabilitation therapy techniques.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
