Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients based on physician referrals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care and recovery
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies throughout all therapy sessions

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience setting up and managing therapy areas or equipment
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
• Must be able to start promptly with the required credentials in place

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar outpatient or clinical setting
• Familiarity with equipment provided during the interview process
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
