Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized cardiovascular operating room support across all surgical specialties, excluding transplant cases.
- Assist surgical teams using advanced equipment, including two Xi DaVinci robotic systems.
- Float to general OR cases as needed, ensuring continuous support for various surgical procedures.
- Adhere to strict sterile and procedural protocols, maintaining patient safety and care standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth surgical operations.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- NBSTSA certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a surgical or CVOR environment.
- Ability to float to general OR cases and adapt to different surgical specialties.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with DaVinci robotic systems.
- Familiarity with multiple surgical specialties excluding transplant.
- Comfort with floating to different OR units, including general cases.
