- Full-time, Travel, Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients within a Level IV NICU setting.
- Perform procedures such as circumcisions and ROP exams.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions using neonatal-specific equipment including isolettes, CPAP, PIVs, and central lines.
- Follow hospital policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality neonatal care.
- Maintain detailed documentation using neonatal EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
- Certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessments and procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with pediatric patients when census permits.
- Familiarity with neonatal care protocols and advanced life support.
- Bubbly, drama-free personality suited for team collaboration.
