Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 13-week assignment, night shifts (12 hours per shift, 3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to emergency situations.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided in compliance with hospital policies.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in emergency or acute care nursing preferred.
- Ability to work nights and adapt to shift schedules.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ER or emergency care experience.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
