Key Responsibilities
- Perform general, vascular, obstetric, gynecological, and pediatric ultrasound examinations.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images for physician review.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification within 1 year of hire.
- Preferably 2+ years of ultrasound experience; new graduates considered.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with a wide variety of ultrasound exams including general, vascular, OB/GYN, and pediatric.
- Strong patient communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
