Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services to infant and pediatric populations
- Assess and develop treatment plans tailored for pediatric patients, including infants
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using electronic charting systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support family education and counseling regarding therapy procedures and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active California Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification required
- Pediatric therapist experience, specifically with infants, is an absolute requirement (hard stop)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient pediatric therapy experience
- Ability to work full-time days (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
- Comfortable working with a diverse infant and child patient population
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additional Details
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are preferred; please confirm local rate with the account manager
- First-time therapists are welcome to apply
- No on-call requirements; schedule is Monday through Friday with guaranteed hours and allowances for one shift call-off every two weeks
- RTO (time off) requests must be included at the time of submission and are subject to facility approval
