Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients based on individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and diagnostics to evaluate communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
• Support float coverage across various units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current professional credentialing or certification (e.g., ASHA Certification).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting.
• Flexibility to work across different units as a float therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
