Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality acute care to emergency department patients.
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Two or more years of experience in emergency or acute care settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a rural or underserved community.
- ACLS certification.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
