Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and clinical protocols.
• Collect and document vital signs, medical history, and patient concerns during clinic intake.
• Assist healthcare providers during patient exams and minor procedures.
• Support clinical staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient outpatient environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and care activities.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in nephrology or outpatient clinic settings.
• Knowledge of nephrology-specific patient needs and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
