Job Title
• Electrophysiology Technician - Cath Lab/EP

Location
• Charleston, WV

Schedule / Job Type
• Day shifts, full-time, 4x10-hour days, Monday through Friday, no weekends, holidays, or call

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the electrophysiology (EP) lab, including pacemaker/defibrillator implants, ablations, and PVI procedures
• Provide competent support across all aspects of cath lab operations within scope of practice
• Float within department as needed to meet workflow demands, primarily staying within the cath lab
• Manage an caseload of approximately 8-10 cases daily
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an EP Tech or Cath Lab Tech
• Competent in all diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures, including structural procedures
• Active Arkansas license (must have license in hand to start) or pending license with active WV license upon start
• ARRT registration required
• Experience with pacemaker/defibrillator implants, ablations, PVI, or related EP procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience supporting complex EP procedures such as ablations and device placements
• Familiarity with Cerner charting systems
• Ability to adapt to float requirements within the scope of practice
