- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for adult patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) and Oncology units.
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients with diagnoses such as hemorrhagic shock, hypovolemic shock, sepsis, stroke, and respiratory failure.
- Administer and oversee complex procedures including ICP monitoring, external ventricular drain management, mechanical ventilation, and CRRT.
- Titrate vasopressors and manage advanced life support equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- EPIC electronic medical records experience.
- Ability to handle adult patient populations with complex conditions.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Oncology care experience (not required but a plus).
- Experience with specialized procedures such as ICP monitoring, CRRT, and ventilator management.
