- Temporary, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 36 hours guaranteed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- CPR certification (if required by facility)
