• Ongoing contract with a 36-hour guarantee, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve client functional capabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a related setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and therapies.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
