Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Operate CT imaging equipment and position patients accurately for optimal results.
• Assist in maintaining and calibrating imaging equipment to ensure high-quality images.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver efficient and effective patient care.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist with a specialty in CT imaging.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to operate CT imaging equipment proficiently.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient care best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or acute care environment.
• Certification in advanced imaging modalities is a plus.
• Prior travel or locum tenens experience.
